This kit stops the brake pad rattling in the caliper. They include an adhesive back which secures them to the back of the brake pad and which locate in to the caliper piston.
There are x6 adhesive pads in a kit which is enough to do x1 caliper. You will need x2 kits to complete both front calipers.
